Inside the Diving Bell is a series of twelve collaborative paintings by Anne Emmons, Kiki McGrath and Tim Timmerman. Living in Colorado, Washington, DC, and Oregon, each artist began four paintings and mailed them to the next artist who added successive layers of imagery and materials. After three rounds the paintings were deemed finished and were exhibited in each state.
